by Thor Properties on the former Lilly Estate, adjacent to the Dodge Nature
Center's Lilly Preserve in Mendota Heights, MN.
It will consist of nine single-family homes
that preserve the rural heritage and natural environmental qualities of
the
site.
Each new home will be custom designed for
its owner by architect Dewey Thorbeck, FAIA, to fit the landscape pattern
or biome (meadow, wetland or woodland) in which it is located.
